Hi!

Suddenly got a lot of issues with my car. I have for a while had issues with PDC system (range indicator when going in reverse).

As of Saturday I got a TPMS error in the display as well, it can't read tire pressure. At the same time key fob stopped working unless i get really close to the car. It also seems that my vehicle is jamming the remote control opening of the four side by side garages we have outside (all with variants of liftmaster garage openers). This also happened same time as fob stopped working and TPMS went out.

I'm at my wits end and have parked far away from our garages so i dont block any neighbours inside.

Just checking.

Does this only occur at home or also when you park it somewhere else.

Just to rule out, something else, jamming the signals where you live. ?

To be honest, the TPMS system is only a receiving system, the only transmitters are inside the tyres and those are battery powered, if they were emmitting enough signal strength to jam anything they would run out of power, pretty quickly.

Same with the central locking...The key is the transmitter, the car is only a receiver.

You did not get a new wireless doorbell, baby monitor or something like that, recently ?

Hi, thanks for the reply. The keyfob is acting like this no matter where I am, I have tested with two different.

We tried unplugging the neighbours Yale Doorman which is the only new thing the last couple of months, and it made noe difference. The garages start working normally as soon as i drive far enough away from them.

Well something worked, I tried changing batteries in both fobs, no change. Then I did a factory reset and drove a couple of min. Fobs work as intended and garage doors are no longer jammed.

Still got PDC and TPMS errors that the workshop will look at.
