Canute came to our aid when the Eurotunnel charger bricked the car - with help from the MG cr*p software. He was with us about 5 hours. Did all he could think of and then more. Wasn't phased by the EV. Was willing to listen to my pearls of half understood MG Community wisdom and applied it where he could and helped me understand what and why he was doing stuff. Eventually the car had to be recovered to a dealers. Canute helped us think through the options of 200 miles or local recovery / courtesy car / hotel etc and guided us through the rescue process. He even initiated finding a hotel near the dealer. All in all a really good show.
