Shout out for Peter at EV Extras, in my excitement I ordered the wrong length type 2 cable, it arrived the day before I picked up my car. When I realised I contacted them and ordered the correct length. I was emailed a post paid returns label and I was refunded on receipt of the returned cable. No fuss, proper customer service.
