Strange Noise

My MG3 Hybrid+ has started making a high pitched clicking type noise intermittently inside the cabin. Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this?

Mine makes a similar noise occasionally depending on the weather conditions it seems to come from the drivers side from the plastic which covers the windscreen pillar

I am not sure mine is that problem as it always happens on my way to work in the same place.

It seems strange that it happens in the same place are there speed cameras in that location and the speed camera settings in the navigation system are alerting you

There are cameras all the way on my journey but it only goes off in the one place. It's not the same sound as the other bongs. Thanks for your answer I will turn off all the alerts in the navigation and see if that works.

Hi jondebi. I had the same screeching noise in the early days of ownership. I'm fairly certain it comes from the speed camera setting in the SatNav settings. I can't remember how or where the setting is, but if you go into SatNav settings and try each option, you should find it. Aitch
