Finally fixed the deep sleep issue where the car wasn't responding to the App by deleting and reconnecting to our home Wi-Fi. Now the car fails to auto connect to my phone when I get in. I have to manually connect every time which is a complete ball ache. I appreciate these are all very much first world problems but I still gets on my tits......

When the car stops auto connecting to my phone, I find that plugging the phone in and opening android auto (usually it does it automatically) also connects the phone to bluetooth and after that the phone automatically connects to bluetooth when you get in for a few months.

@Pete1w Do you happen to have an iPhone 14 Pro or an iPhone 15? That could potentially be the explanation. I can explain later why exactly these models are affected.

Has anyone solved the problem with MULTIPLE entries in the bluetooth saved-devices list. I get like 30 or more which I have to clean every now and then.

I have similar Bluetooth problem with my new EV4 and since Dec constantly having to pair it almost every time - dealer said pair it after you connect phone with a cable but that doesn’t work as it automatically goes to CarPlay - any advice please ??

@fshuk1 I don’t have multiple Bluetooth entries. I use Android Auto quite a lot and sometimes Bluetooth just for playing music. Works fine. I use R40 with MPU and MCU for SWI69. All SIPS updates done. I have a Galaxy S23 for private use and a 17 Pro for business use.

@Pete1w You have to check your software version of FICM. Maybe it’s software related.

Which version of the infotainment software is installed? Mine used to do that until I got updated software.

I have had many problems with connection, and found a fix, only for it to happen again. The last one was where I had been playing music through my Amazon echo and saw that I was still connected when I got in my car.

Yes, for MY22 and MY23 (V1 and V2) :
For UK SE/SE ER (EU Standard/Comfort, according country for sure), SWI69-29968-1100R40 and above fixed this.
For UK Trophy or EU Luxury, it's build SWI68-29958-1300R67.

I'm still trying to find out what the latest version is for 2025 XPOWER SWI133, Bluetooth is one of the worst I've experienced

(sorry I was traveling and forgot my mesage in draft)

MY2024 and above are updatable only with dealer because they need SIPS for ECU, FICM and TBOX...
Lastest version for build SWI133 I saw is 1300R36

SWI132 build is SE 2024 (with GPS and rear camera), last version I saw is R43.
