System fault

I had a problem yesterday with EV5 Excite long range when it comes up with system fault and it won't move. Took to MG garage they can't find any fault codes. Does anyone had a similar problem?

Hi, did you know you have put this on the ZS part of the forum not the MG5?

If they didn't find any codes, what is their next step?
I think MG can do remote diagnosis but that may be offline rather than online.

Yes I know but it might be similar to ZS
