Telephone Icon on Infotainment screen

Hi, Is anyone else experiencing any problems with the phone icon? It just doesn't react when I touch it in normal Bluetooth connection mode?
I've started to use Android Auto and connecting via a USB cable if I'm going to be in the car for a while, but that's not always that practical for just a short journey.

works well with apple Bluetooth connection but response time is slow or sometimes I had to touch it twice
