The Problems with PCP

Here is DefinitelyNotAGuru on why he doesn't like PCP. He promotes leasing, which can have its own drawbacks but I find his material very fair and down the middle, so this may be of interest to a wider audience.

It's a little known fact that it could be an unknown fact IAM pretty good with the queens English that's what happens with someone with learning difficulties ,IAM double jointed
