Time for the new Alloys

Very nice.

Have a photo down the side view?

As requested. Side view. 🙂👍

I did £40. Took a chance for 40 quid as they were supposed to be programmed for the MG4. And hey presto, guess they must have been. Result! 🙂👍

That's good news. I have a Autel sensor reader/programmer and I have cloned my original sensors ...no problem with that method.

However what it does mean now you have confirmed your works, is I can supply and programme MX sensors and it should work for other MG4 owners.

Maybe I will create a ebay listing!

The extra 6mm wheel poke with the ET45 makes a nice difference.

12mm extra track width total.

Agree. I am now almost certainly going to go for H&R lowering springs (the best) with a nice 30mm all round drop. And possibly even a further 5mm spacer all round. That should be absolutely perfect.
👌🙂👍

I've got a brand new set of H&R here if interested, I bought 2 sets as someone else was interested in them. They asked if i could hold on a few weeks to pay but they seem to have vanished. Message me if interested.

That's better. 🙂👍

Also while I was at it, checked the tyre pressures. Should probably have checked them when they 1st went on, but anyway. They where way down, so put 40 psi in them, same as the original wheels. 🙂👍

Ling Longs on an X-Power???!!!

Yep, coz the 19" wheels were a bit of an experiment. To make sure the 19s where ok for the X Power. So didn't want to shell out for Michelin tyres, at £800+ and they weren't suitable. To be fair they seem fine. Although not driven in the wet, yet.
But to be honest, think there's a lot of hype concerning tyres, and folk are brainwashed into spending a fortune on tyres. My bet, these will be fine. For normal every day driving. It's never going on a track and I don't go around corners on me door handles, not anymore, anyway. 🙂👍

They look great. I have no opinion on the current quality of Chinese tyres, other than to find the name "LingLong" just hilarious. :ROFLMAO:

Yep, some wag said, "Linglong and prosper" which I thought was very funny.
But come to think about it, they are very appropriate. Star Trek tyres, for a car with Warp Speed. 😉🙂👍
