Not an MG
I hope to have a Dynamic Red GT by the end of the month. My last MG was an MG F in the late 90's, a fun car to drive but not the best built car. Since then I have had two BMW Z4s, an Audi TTS and just sold my Audi TT RS. I have been patiently waiting for an EV roadster and was sold after loaning a GT for three days.

I suspect it will be a steep learning curve, but for those of you who own a Cyberster, are there any tips for a new EV/Cyberster owner, or things you wished you had known.

PS. I must confess I have not seen a Cyberster on the road but when I had the loan car it certainly attracted the attention of my neighbours :)

Enjoy your new motor. 🙂👍

#1 - turn off welcome message - right screen
#2 - turn off speed limit change beep - centre console screen
#3 - press the brake pedal on entering the car to activate the chair moving fwds/back for easy entry
#4 - the doors may not open when parked on a slope
#5 - apple car play is slow to kick in, drive for about a minute or 2 before it realises that it's trying to connect
#6 - take out the wind deflector when driving with the roof up - so i leave it out all winter
#7 - enjoy the ride

still haven't seen another one on the road and I've been driving this as my daily since launch. Attracts a lot of attention, especially from kids when the doors open.

Good list of cars there. Wouldn't have minded an Audi TT RS at some point. I drove the Cyberster twice and although it's fast it doesn't make you want to drive fast. Very smooth ride. I could cruise all over the country in it I reckon. Just waiting for further price drops.

I would cycle to ACC every time i get in and turn off Lane Keep Assist. Hopefully there will be an update to have it off permanently.
