Possibly similar to the Tesla ones, just pull them off, or prize them off with a trim tool. >Tesla aero trims.<

Found a spare on eBay with rear pics, looks like torx bolts holding from rear, will whip my wheels off when I get chance.

That's a lot of torx bolts. I can imagine the look on the tyre fitters face when he has to undo 15 bolts to remove the tyre especially if they are filled with crud and I bet not all 15 go back.

Can you post photos of each stage?

A tyre fitter wouldn't need to remove these to fit a tyre.
