Using Zap-Map Routes with Sat Nav

I'm driving a few long distance trips this year and have planned them out using Zap-Map, but would prefer to use the onboard satnav to use whilst driving.
Does anyone know of a way to copy a route from Zap-Map to the car, other than copying the route by hand?
I'm sure I read somewhere that someone recommended using Waze, but again, I have no idea how to transfer the route.
I have Zap-Map premium so it works with Android Auto and, of course, the iSmart app, but haven't tried using Zap-Map as a Sat-Nav. Has anyone?

I only have the free Zap-Map so it doesn't integrate with AA.

I've just downloaded (to try) PlugShare as I believe even the free version works with AA - not tried it yet though. (I tend to use GMaps for satnav).
