I received my MG HS Trophy Phev last week and have been eagerly trying to find out all it can do.......
Just a heads up for those who are interested, I purchased this for £30 from Amazon UK and was surprised that it works so I thought I’d share.
It’s been pulling 7 amps 240v for half an hour and every things cold to touch.
You can turn the ignition off and lock the doors, and lock the adapter as you can with the charge cable, and it all stays on.
To stop it, you don't even need to unlock the car to turn it off as underneath the adapter is a button that will switch it off and a few seconds later the car releases it for removal .
