Very Frustrating ! Charging flap wont open- ok yesterday.Any ideas please?

Hi all.Had test drive in car at dealers last week, v good.Collected few days ago.Drove it once,then charged it,but couple of days later, after 2nd drive,charging flap wont open.Has anyone else experienced this?

Open car turn on ignition wait till car says ready make sure all windows and boot are closed turn off exit car and lock wait 2 minutes then unlock, flap should be unlocked

Hi Dave,thanks for reply- unfortunately didnt work- no movement at all,at flap.
Dont know if somehow closing flap " incorrectly" ,if that's possible,- wouldnt have thought so,-l didnt do last charge ,apparently, new young lad at dealership did it ,before I got car back.Perhaps just coincidence. But, just googled bit on line,- seems flap can ' get stuck- dont really know how it operates.
Have to contact dealership tomorrow.

Only had this problem in wintertime when it was frozen.
