Vestel EV04 charger from E.On

Has anyone had a Vestel EV04 charger installed by E.On?
I was supposed to have one installed yesterday but E.Ons electrician told me they had just received a call from their manager saying to stop all instillations as there is a fault with them and they've stopped working.
