Volcano Orange paint chip kits

Anyone know where I could get a Volcano Orange paint chip kit?

Had the car 8 days, black chip right in the front centre of bonnet.

Paint code inside door states 5ZBP

If it's a bit early for this type of product, but I do know the likes of Paintnuts supposed to make to order, might have to go for a near match of tangerine or something.

Looked at them, they do a mini B70 Volcanic Orange, looks close.

5ZBP doesn't show up anywhere though, probably to early.

Yeah, I’d probably test a little bit on a hidden area such as under the bonnet to see if it matches the body colour.

You'd think they'd have simple needs like this sorted out prior to release, MG are very much lacking in some ways compared to other Marques.

My 2023 model volcano orange long range trophy MG4 EV has a paint code of 5NFZ on the front driver door label not the same as above. I've just had ChipsAway to repair a deep scratch in the wing and he had to strip it back off as not the right colour. I suspect they tried the BMW volcanic orange that is on the mini etc. The guy had gone away to try and get a better match and consulted his technical guys so hopefully is coming back tomorrow to finish the job. I tried paintnuts website and it does accept 5NFZ as a paint code.
Not sure if this means that 2023 model orange is different than 2022 orange or not. Any idea guys?

Chips away are not cheap nowadays. We just got a quote for SWMBO's MG5 where somebody keyed her car, light scratches on both passenger side doors and a deep one on the rear wing, £900.
They quoted for respraying all three panels at £250 + VAT each.
I'm no expert on modern methods, although I have dealt with paintwork on previous cars with good results, but to me it looks like a t-cut or light sanding and t-cut would resolve both doors as it's not gone through to the primer and only the rear panel requires paint because it has gone through to the primer.
We declined the quote as paying out £900 for the car being keyed when it could happen again seems a bit excessive.

ChipsAway guy came back last Saturday and finished the job with the correct colour. A very good match. Now I have to wait a couple of weeks before applying the paint protector as it had GardX paint protector. This is because the paint needs to breathe apparently.

I had ChipsAway come and repair a deep scratch in mine and the second time of trying they got the paint match perfect after I gave them the paint code. So it is possible to get the correct paint.
