Warning Sounds

MG4 Trophy:
I am fairly new to the MG4 (October) - but get on a regular basis warning sounds, but I dont know what they mean.

I am expecting to see a warning note at the same time on the front display, but nothing. I have had them when well below the speed limit (inc at 20 mph) - been looking forward etc. I dont use the MG Sat Nav, so nothing to do with Speed Cameras or schools.

Any ideas how I can find out?

It could be the front collision alert. Are you getting close to another vehicle or overtaking a stationary one and another car is coming towards you?

I get a single ‘bong’ sound with no accompanying message at specific locations. Always the same places, but the places vary from busy intersections to quiet roads. No idea what’s going on or how to turn it off. I’ve turned off all the sat nav alerts, not that I use the sat nav…

I have found that Google Maps (Android Auto) does that when approaching speed cameras (I have alerts on).
