So anyhoo, this evening I had my version of Jamie Oliver’s fish fingernail sandwiches, I’ve tried his recipe many times using fishmongers but I’ve extended it a bit to makepos h finger sandwiches and this evening I’m stuffed.

Finally a squirt of tomato ketchup, personally I love a squirt of Spanish ketchup but other ketchups are available.
