What is a reasonable amount to pay for included maintenance on a lease?

Hi,
I've been quoted included maintenance of £47 inc VAT a month on a 3 year lease of an MG HS PHEV Trophy.
Is that too much?
How does it compare with actual service costs?
My concern is that PHEVs are complex (petrol+electric), and there is more to go wrong. I've had reliability problems with other PHEVs in the past.
I haven't been able to check the service plan cost on the MG website because it asks for a VIN, which I don't have.

As you can see, I put the cost (correct as of June 2025, so they may have risen since then!) in there.

• Doing some quick calculations, as of June 2025, the first 3 years of servicing was approx £22.50 per month.

I got my car on a 4 year PCP. I paid £1200 ish up front for 4 years servicing plus 2 MOT’s at my dealer. Works out at £25 per month.

£25 x 48 months = £1200 which is hardly £1700?
Mind you if the car is on a 4 year PCP, and you hand the car back at the end of the forth year, you don’t need to service and MOT it at the end of the forth year do you?

My schoolgirl maths suggests £47 x 36 months = £1692, which I make "nearly £1700"

Therefore it looks as if your dealer might be taking the…….
