What Was Your CB Radio "Handle"?

Based on a thread drift here, what was your CB radio handle (if you were into it back in the day)?

I'll start ... I've always been into rock and heavy metal music, so I took the handle Metalman. :) (My older brother was Blue Dolphin for some unknown [to me] reason).

I would never admit to having one, no no no.

Mine was 'gaoler', back in the day when I had a Cavalier SRi, with different keys for the ignition, both doors and boot. They were so cumbersome to carry around I hung them on a belt clip, hence the name. It didn't seem inappropriate since I was also a criminal solicitor and was often in the police station

OMG - another blast from the past 😊. I remember wiring a Midland radio into my Renault in about 1982. Loved all the knobs and the magnetic roof mounted whippy aerial :) My Mum was confused why I kept saying "one-four for a coffee", though ;) Handle was French Connection from my favourite shop and love of all things Gallic.

... it was funny too that the boys who thought I was too nerdy for a girl had to come, cap in hand, and ask me how the squelch knob worked!!
Just had a look in “Amazon “ and see loads of CB stuff still advertised. I thought mobile phones might have super ceded all that.

It is a real thing!

See below for knob marked "Squelch"!
