I had a couple of the earlier Kangoos and one of the later ones. All were diesel and very good. I might have stayed with the marque but they stopped making the combi style with back seats and windows.I drove one for years and loved it but it was a top of the range model bought 27 years ago.
Strangely they did produce the combi version of that body style and sold it under the Mercedes brand which I absolutely loathed with a vengeance. The vehicle was no doubt fine but just having that meat grinder blade for a badge meant I could never have enjoyed or trusted driving it. I know it’s possibly seen as irrational but such was my terrible experience with a merc I’ll never have a good word for them. I tar them all with the same nasty brush
Eh - I don’t like them - can you tell
