I usually stick with the phone holder

It's not easy (and I've been experimenting) to find a position for a phone holder which is in reach of a normal driving position without compromising sight line. The convenient position would be on the right side but if too close to the A-Pillar it could be really dangerous should the A-Pillar Air Bag deploy and keeping it away from the A-Pillar blocks line of sight
