Obviously they have the V2L capability at 2.2kW. But even say 7kW capability would be very useful.

It won't be something that can just be turned on with existing cars, perhaps a future updated revision might have it but true V2G usually involves bi-directional DC charging with a suitable charging point. I doubt that's something they have engineered in but just disabled.

I’m hoping so but I think th V2L and V2G standards will be very different. Technically the 2.2kw ac output can be very useful in powering the home essentials but probably not enough for the standard whenever it comes

quite agree. 2.2kW very useful during a power cut.
