Worth keeping a toolbox in the car to fix chargers on the go?

Stopped at a Lidl today and decided to plug in to their charger.
Tried a few times, didn’t work.
Noticed the plug wasn’t properly secured

Had a look at the plug and socket for any debris.

Found culprit

Can't quite make it out, what type of screw head is it - cross-head, alan key, some sort of star?

Report it, leave it alone. These things are meant to be waterproof and if the seal is broken there could be water inside the connector.

Tamper proof Torx. Probablyy a 5

M4X10 flat-head screw with Torx safety drive (IPR TORX PLUS®)

There were 6 7 screws in total, this is the only one obviously loose

Best thing about the Lidl app? Can’t report it, must phone them. I did, they hung up on me ??‍

I still reported it using the Electroverse app.

Those shields? obviously seem to be replaceable which makes sense when you see how many of them are damaged when you want to use them.
Still the idea of water inside a plug with 400v +plus flowing through it is hair curling!

Apparently that part is not the sealed part, it’s just the plug plastics: the mating frame as they call it.
There’s a video on the link I posted above that explains how it’s built including the liquid cooling.
