So First Service completed, 2 software updates and…

PROBLEMS

Car will not let me charge to 100%

Charging screen does not have facility to adjust charging from 80% to 100%

Car retd to Dealer in Harrogate and they cannot understand it/correct it…

Car has to go in for a day or two, next week to try to sort it, maybe even longer and may need to do more/all software updates possible to see if this what’s needed…

And since finding this problem I have discovered I cannot use Navigation

I am directed to System in Settings but nothing there appears to enable Navigation - tel call to Harrogate Dealer got response ‘you need to give permission/acceptance of conditions…’

Cannot find this so Dealer will have to show this to me or just do it…

Getting courtesy car and then await news of progress/resolution of problems..

Software updated to 1300R63?

OR ... Have you checked the position of the charge slider in the car? (Default for the X-Power and LR/ER models is 80% ... Health Mode ... 100% is Long Trip Mode and usually has to be manually chosen).

My first service is due in September.
And I'm telling them to touch nothing, no
updates, nothing. Over and above the normal service. As my car is running pretty much, perfectly.
The amount of times I've read that cars have gone in for a Service and/or updates and come out worse. 🙄🤪
 
Checked slider, there is no facility to slide to 100%…
Hence the reason for my first question - is your Entertainment (Infotainment) version 1300R63? If yes then the dealer hasn't applied the update correctly - they still need to connect the car to their laptop and run the SIPS application to apply a configuration.

Your symptom is a clear indication of this error. :)

I had the same problem with the nav on mine. The privacy settings screen is scrollable even though it doesn’t look like it. You have to swipe the screen up to get the privacy settings for the nav. They did it in front of me or I’d never have worked it out.
 
Mine is September also, i am running R40 so going to ask for that to be updated and also throw any relevant module updates to it also(crosses fingers).
