XPower Gearbox Oil Breather ?

Do we know if the XPower suffers from the oil breather leak I've been seeing in the MG4 forum, or had it been fixed before the Xpower came along ?

Fixed I believe (only because they couldn’t sell it to customers as a ‘characteristic’ lol)

It was a 007 car defence system

It was only a problem on the first batch of cars. Mine had a build date of December 2022 and didn't do the Torrey Canyon impersonation.

Mine was fine ... one of the first here in the UK I believe (July 2023 build) and delivered Sept. 2023.

Not heard anyone complain about this for ages, was limited to early cars only and there was a fix provided for those (well, 3 attempts but they eventually got there). Does not seem to feature as a problem for people today at all.

Indeed. In fact I added that as a check item for my recent (2nd) service and all was still OK. (Mine is an early car and had suffered the issue).
