ZS EV - R134a?

Hi, whilst having a general look under the bonnet I was surprised to see r134a stickers, since this has been banned in the uk since 1-Jan-17.

A Quick Look at compressors on eBay for this model shows these also clearly marked R134a.

What am I missing here?

The ZSEV and everything subsequent only ever came with R123yf. I notice from your profile that you don't have an MG so is this this someone else's car you're talking about?

The black sticker on the underside of the bonnet says 123yf, however the pipe work (and evidently the compressor) are clearly marked 134a.

Probably legacy components.
I don't think there's a physical difference in the compressor, just a change of refrigerant and oil.
