If you have placed an order and it's not in the sheet (or I haven't updated this sheet from the other threads), just pop a message in the thread with the following information:

  • Model
  • Colour
  • Order Date
  • Dealer and location (e.g. Baylis MG, Gloucester)
  • The date you collected your car (if you're one of the lucky ones!!)

If you're on the spreadsheet and you've collected your car, then just reply with the collection date.

Note: The stats only account for the MG ZS EV UK Models, but the orders will still show on the left. let me know if I've made any mistakes. I'm hoping that the spreadsheet will automatically be the latest version in this post.

In our order form the terms and conditions clearly state it isn't first come first served. It's signed by both parties so it's what we've agreed to.

"The seller is not obliged to fulfill orders in the sequence that they were placed".

ZS LR Trophy connect ("Luxury autonomy étendue" in France)

Ordered: February 2022 according to the dealer, arrived around April 28
Dealer: Somewhere in France
Delivery date: due to circumstances someone had to report their delivery date (something about the government discount for EVs applying only once a year) the car was available at the dealer, I'm picking it up in two weeks

Many thanks for your recent order. Your new car has now been ordered as below:
Vehicle: MG MOTOR UK ZS ELECTRIC HATCHBACK 115kW Trophy EV Long Range 73kWh 5dr Auto
Colour:Tri coat - Dynamic Red
Extras:Leather - Black with contrast stitching,Tri coat - Dynamic Red
 
We're picking the ex-demo Standard Range Trophy up today and I'm very keen to get my hands on it to see what we've actually bought.
Test drove it a week ago and the salesman told us it was a standard range with 163 miles range!!? I corrected him that it should be 198 and he checked the general spec on his computer and agreed that SR Trophys are indeed 198. Then he told me that this car couldn't be rapid charged as it only has 1 plug socket!! (?) Well I knew that was wrong but couldn't be bothered to argue.
When we got home we both got into our phones to search for car insurance. I put the reg number into GoCompare and it came back with the correct make and colour but 72.6kwh.
Wife did the same with her existing insurance company and it also said 72.6kwh.
Maybe just a typo or glitch somewhere along the line but it could just be that we've bought a LR for the lower SR money!! We'll find out in 5 hours.

My SR kept coming up as LR when i was trying to sort insurance (i mean im still hopeful for you but dont get too excited)
 
Well I got my delivery schedule notification this morning, currently estimating a further 16 wks. Ordered in December and initially promised March/April. Now without a car and borrowing a vintage fiesta zetec! Fyi nail varnish is a great scratch remover😉 Does anyone know the root cause to this delay, I can't even get sales to return my call so planning to plant myself in the show room on Saturday, it tends to be busy with browsers on that day! Wish me luck
