It's tethered and less than six months since installation

Not tried public charger, cable looks ok and connectors clean. The garage said they'd tried it on public charger and it worked. Have just rebooted zappi, no change.

I've started having charging issues with my ZS trophy connect long range. It wouldn't charge at a public charger point - we tried three different ones. Once home it charge fine with our Zappi. Charged it with the 3 pin charger whilst away, but then wouldn't charge with the Zappi. First message...
