I've started having charging issues with my ZS trophy connect long range.
It wouldn't charge at a public charger point - we tried three different ones. Once home it charge fine with our Zappi.
Charged it with the 3 pin charger whilst away, but then wouldn't charge with the Zappi. First message on Zappi said RCD tripped then once that was cleared then when I tried again it said pilot problems. However it is still charging fine via 3 pin.
Took it to garage, they said they'd fixed it with a software update and had tested it. Got home and it's still not charging on the Zappi...
Any ideas gratefully received.

Maybe your zappi cable needs checking? Have you tried public chargers since? Some suggested cleaning the charger connections, check some earlier posts

Not tried public charger, cable looks ok and connectors clean.
The garage said they'd tried it on public charger and it worked. Have just rebooted zappi, no change.

Is your zappi tethered or do you a type2 to type2 cable? The CP wires may have broken inside the cable.
