Well I finally have her. And yes their customer service was still dismal. Thank god they had a petrol station next door because I don't think fumes even cover it ?

I've never been more frustrated. Calls not being returned and just getting more and more crud. Finally get through "we're expecting a delivery today or first thing tomorrow morning but you can't collect for 4 days after delivery" which is new information, not been mentioned for the whole time...

Guaranteed delivery date for me... so far no delivery has arrived and they don't know what time they're expecting it "whenever they want to show up to be honest" Losing all scraps of hope I had remaining

No deliveries today for Longbridge / Redditch. So now all hopes are on tomorrow.

Update for me. Of course I had to call them. Car "still awaiting transport" due for the 23rd. Would be quite nice to show up at rugby training in the new beast after all this time ??‍♀️

Originally it was due to the lack of chips. But delivery went from November to December to between Christmas and New year to Feb. Then 7th March and now its in the never never with no real reason or explanation. I just get told "we are frustrated too" ?

Officially 7 month wait as of today. Getting absolutely nowhere with my contact at the dealership either. Just it's awaiting transport. Is anyone having any luck from 10th March Port delivery?

And yet my dealership stated still awaiting transport and giving me 21st/23rd ?

Another update. My dealership had a lorry full today.... my car wasn't on it infact it's been delayed at least another 3 days. I'm at my wits end with it now. If it gets pushed back again I'm genuinely considering telling them to bloody keep it. 7 month wait is kind of a kick in the teeth.

Different people Different dates. I'm so over the wait. 7 months is not the one.
