Hi Jaygee I’m still no further forward I can connect to Bluetooth on my phone to the Wallbox then in seconds it disconnects The tech people are still trying to find prob but like you I think it’s a firmware prob,my 2yr gaurentee is up by 3wks so don’t know what they’ll do next

Hi I’m now in contact with Wallbox they cannot detect any Wi-Fi I’ve checked my router devices and Wallbox not in it so think it will b back to installers

Hi Jomarkh it’s controls by OCPP with Octopus but I can switch this off still happens I have Wi-Fi but don’t seem to get Bluetooth,yes I’ve tried switching it off at mains for a while

I’m having Wi-Fi probs with my home charger so had to use the granny for the first time last night but b4 plugging in granny I set a time on the schedule charging on the charge settings and it worked from 23.30 until 05.30 it’s a very slow process hope this helps.

I am with EDF and just changed my tariff to off peak midnight till 7am reduced rate to 21.76p and 36.76p normal per kWh not a great rate but cheaper.
