That's bad, they obviously don't give a sh1te about the customer or the car. And just because it's "only" an MG shouldn't matter in the slightest, in fact if anything that should make them try harder, but going off the posts on this forum that's obviously not the case. You did very well showing the restaint you did.
I know that feeling. Hospital appointments do that to you and you just need to get home. At least it was only a bit of mud.

Now that's dangerous! I think I speak for everyone, but stories needed of when that went wrong.That's why I always have a small towel that covers both our laps.
I find I always seem to lose bits of my Hash Brown.
Totally my fault as I like to make a scooby snack out of my Sausage and Egg Muffin.
Take off Muffin top (Egg end)
Empty the Tomato Sauce onto the Muffin.
Dip the Hash Brown into sauce and take a bite.
Season the top of the egg to your taste.
Put remaining Hash Brown onto the egg followed by the Muffin top.
Gently squeeze together.
OMG.
I've been doing that for years!
Twice a week now I'm retired.
