We received a call this afternoon from our supplying dealer and they have tested the download on their demonstrator and it proved to be successful they said. We are booked in for Thursday midday and they are Not Charging as we bought the car from them. Will update when its completed.

We are looking forward to our revised software when our dealer has carried out a test download to their demonstrator next week. Reading these reviews from owners is very reassuring and a really great EV will soon be even better with all the other changes in C2.

A resolution to some if not all issues is available but read this MG letter very carfully, re thedealer is very likely to charge you as MG wont pay as the letter clearly states !

This thread makes disappointing reading, no one can be expected to pay for an update based on poorly designed code from conception and if it goes wrong then your on your own. Love the car and its just got a few problems regarding annoying quirks ! As for a one hour labour charge !! No wonder...
