Just got the same set as the OP, shame I didn't see this post first, the only one that fits in the car is the front passenger, the rest don't fit, neither front pair actually seems to be able to clip into the plastic clips on the floor either.

Weather Shields are original, from the dealer, although seems to just be ZS branded, not specific to EV unlike the floor mats (which I'm still waiting on) - Light bar, yes we wired up ourselves, took an hour or two all up to get everything working correctly.

Mine has the same issue, started after a few hundred KM's, I also use regen 3 most of the time so usually only brake for the last 10 m or so, which may explain the issue as others have suggested above.

Both the light blue ZS EV and HS PHEV I test drove had a pilot badge, the light blue ZS EV I bought has the badge too, personally I'd rather not even have the badge there.
