You are correct, the MG has a 7kW single phase onboard charger, so a 7kW (32A) Type 2 cable is perfect and works equally well at Type2 32A single phase or Type2 32A 3phase charging outlets.
A "cable" - no matter how fancy - is not going to solve your problem.
In order to get electrons from a wall outlet into your car you need a piece of kit called "Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment" or EVSE.
