Thank you so much Kazza, it helped, and I can confirm the grey match the trim colour perfectly. On mine I tapped M6 threads in the plastic covers and as of now it feels stable.

I did the koyoso 20000lm upgrade, works fine on the ZS EV, I ordered them on Amazon.

I did the same, tapped into the front speaker wires, works great !

When I received my brand new ZS EV yesterday, it had already a bit of bubbling on the grill chrome surround, I reported directly to the dealer, this will be a warranty claim.

Hi Chris, have you checked that the leak isn't from the valve stem itself ? (The valve core may not be tighten enough)

Do we know the exact chemistry of the Catl cells in the MG ZSEV ? For comparison the good old I-miev has LMO/NMC cells ( lithium-manganese-oxide/lithium-nickel-manganese cobalt oxide) And they charge up to 4.105V/cell and the BMS always tries to reach 0V delta for a perfect cell balancing...
