I’d previously tried tightening the 2 bolts either side of the steering column but that didn’t fix it for long. What seems to have fixed it for me was removing the wiper arms, the scuttle panel and tightening the bolt on the bulkhead near the wiper motor assembly.

Mileage complete, still no knocking sound. Declaring that one fixed.

Trafford Centre and Flint Mountain (where my avatar was taken!) have both worked fine for me, ZS Trophy SR - I couldn't get the Mk1 ZS I had previously to charge at a Tesla site though (same issue as below I suspect) Couldn't get 2 or 3 BP Pulse/Polar CCS chargers in Milton Keynes to work for me...

Yep tightening the one under the scuttle panel (driver's side, under the wiper assembly) seems to have sorted mine out. Simple enough job to do with the right tools (a wiper arm puller is essential) and took less than an hour. I've a 500 mile round trip this week so that should loosen things up...

I taped and lubed where I couldn't tape, when they have it in for a service they're going to think I've driven through a branch of Ann Summers. Agree it's worse in cold weather, but this all seems to have settled it, at least for now!

I've heard from drivers of other EVs (Hyundai and VW) that they struggle at some Tesla sites, but I've charged successfully at Trafford Centre and Flint Mountain fine. Incidentally, my Mk1 ZS wouldn't charge at these sites though!

I used the Tesla Supercharger at Manchester Trafford Centre 3 weeks ago to charge my ZS Mk2 - no issues to report, worked fine and cheaper than the others in the area.

Not Adderstone but I charged my ZS SR successfully at the Trafford Centre last week, people reporting that Tesla had "banned" MGs but mine worked just fine.

Map Update is elsewhere but I can do it. Yep I have the sunroof.

SRT, No DAB Artwork. Head unit seems to be reliable, but time is often out of sync with the dash cluster. Looks very different to other people's versions. Not been to a dealer since it left the showroom in June 2022.

22 reg ZS SR here. Got 180 miles out on a trip in December, just me in the car doing a steady 55mph, I was very impressed. Stopped to charge at 3%, no prior stops. Could've got to my destination at 1% but desperate for a wee!
