Just a note on my MG5 LR just checked my hyper volt charger and my milage for last 12 months total milage for 12 months 9400 and cost £149.27 have only charged at home as longest trips 135 miles' cannot fault the car longer trips this summer.

Hi all my MG5 long range went in for the recall on brake lights and i told them about noise at rear i was told it was boot latch and a replacement was on order, i hope its not too long wait. By the way i am very pleased with the car i did a 698 mile trip recently and cost £37 mostly motorway.

Hi All i did manage to open the door after a few hours i could see nothing stopping it opening. next day after charging and a run out the door did not open, two days latter and many attempts still no luck, visiting dealer tomorrow this cannot go on i think the car is great the only other issue...

Thank you but I have tried this and had cover off engine bay to pull release cord but no luck, I have charged twice since getting the car and door has been fine.
