When is the 1st service required on the MG4 Long range trophy?

I've received costs of £156, £102, £88, inc vat all from nain dealers.

The hand book quotes 24 months, dealers say 12 month

UK is 1 year or 15,000 miles - whichever comes first.

AU/NZ is 2 years or 40k (?) miles between services.

But assuming your location is the one near the south coast of England then the above reply is correct.

In the UK, you can get an online quote at MG's website (in terms of a service plan), it was cheaper to do this rather than dealer direct. In my case it was (2nd service) ~£220 & 3rd is going to be ~£120 +££54 for MOT .i.e. total £400 (for services 2 & 3 + 1 MOT) - note that services 1 & 3 are inspection only.

Are there scheduled charges that apply to each service. Appears dealers charges vary from £88 to £157 for the 1st service?

As I've mentioned a few times before, I took out a service plan with my dealer when I bought the car ... £399 for first 3 services and first MOT. 2nd service is due next month.

Services 1 and 3 may only be inspections (plus any recall/service campaign work) but it also means MG Assist gets renewed for another year - that in itself is worth at least £80.
