2nd hand parts compatibility for 2020 ZS MK1 EV

I have damaged the passenger side doors on my 2020 MK1 ZS EV (see photos) and am searching breakers for replacements. There's not a lot of them out there so I was wondering if the ICE model doors are compatible.

Also, has anyone changed the front door and switched over the locks? Is it a simple or complex job?

There are a few on Ebay, here's a red one, but it seems a bit expensive > Ebay door.

That is expensive and it's got a good few scrapes which would need painted
