3D Printed wall charger cable holster/hanger

When you are good at CAD then this is a piece of cake, it's just coming up with the optimum design. Congrats on efforts so far.

Just a couple of thoughts.
Incorporate drain hole in holster.
Push entry for CCS plug then swivel parallel to wall to avoid ridiculous stickout.
All ideas are easily designed and printed.

I think the ohme has a cable top and bottom which may foul, also could it cause the ohme to over heat? I do wish I could knock designs up as quick as you do.

(Edit home to ohme)
Taken a fair few hours, but this should work nicely, outlet on bottom for cable and I think enough on top but will have to check when get my ohme. Should be plenty of scope for hot air to get out.

Split it into 3 parts for printing purposes. Will be about 24 hours+ in total to print!!!
First test print underway of the holster attachment part...

Was thinking about this as well - I can print just a holster on an integrated hinge, so you push it in straight into the wall and then swivel it to the side.

I've got a nice accurately designed socket now - this one I've printed has holes in it so I can see what's going on better with the fit, I've now added a tab to pop into the bottom hole to make it even more secure now.

I have now created a wall holder for the MG granny charger.
I've pretty much perfected it I think, but if you guys have any suggestions for improvements please let me know as I'd like it to be as good as possible.

The granny charger just slots in so it can easily be installed and removed - I put mine away each time I use it.

(I'll be printing the final version in black, just did it in white for prototyping purposes to see easier)

I have now created a folding Type 2 holster, so the gun doesn't stick directly out from the wall.

It is in 2 printed parts that join together, so that you can have it fold either to the left or right.
