Activation failure after new tbox

My tbox was replaced on Friday. Today I noticed the activation isn't working.

Do others have this issue? The ismart isnt working properly and the digital key doesnt work

A fun 2 hrs at EMG Ipswich left them confused. Now the car is worse. The sat nav now own't activate & the phone needs repairing at every engine start.

I get this security violation error

It went into emg today for a 5th time so mg uk could see it on line. Conclusion SFA. MG UK are asking I presume China

As it enters into the 4th month of the car not working properly I look forward to a 6th attempt.

Does anyone know how and whom to escalate this to in MG UK. It is now beyond a joke
