All screens gone black after charging

I was charging my car at a dc station. When i wanted to stop charging via app, all screens went black. What is it? What should i do? When will it come back?

Is that happening right now???? Get out , lock it, wait a few minuets, then unlock and get back in. See if that works.

I solved it by myself. Looks like this catch needs to be slapped. 12v battery loose catch.

Has the connection been disturbed recently?

Arr the infamous 12v battery connection, excellent deduction, at least the car was open and you had easy access to the bonnet release catch. 10mm spanner on permanent standby!
