Anyone done a boot gas struts upgrade

Has anyone looked at more powerful gas struts for the boot so that when you press the boot unlock button the boot opens automatically?

I know you can do a DIY electric opener upgrade, but this seems simpler and just needs more powerful gas struts ?

Surely, if more powerful struts were used it would make the tailgate more difficult to close.

Hello, I purchased a Power Tailgate kit for my ZS EV from Alibaba at around £400, and it worked fine, except the convoluted rubber sleeve perished and the firm who I bought it from basically couldn't care less.
