Auto hold

I find the auto hold a bit irritating - you have to press on the brake pedal more than in the Skoda for it to engage. Skoda had it pretty much spot on, whereas in the MG I often lift off and it starts creeping forwards. It's not as safe imo.

On this car you have to depress the auto hold button on the centre console first and then press the brake pedal right down. It works fine.

You misunderstand. I know how to turn it on. I think having to press the brake down so far is not as good as the Skoda system.

But it's not a Skoda. How long have you had the car, and how many miles have you done? In time muscle memory will develop and you won't even think about it again.

4500 miles. It just doesn't feel as natural as the Skoda.
