Best cleaner for ZS EV Roof rails.

I have noticed that as the temperature has started to drop the roof rails on my ZS EV have started to get an oxidised look about them.
Can anyone recommend a good product for protecting them and bringing back the shiny appearance over the winter months.

I've used Limescale and shine on chrome wire wheels and other chrome parts with great success

I thought they were painted ? ?
I clean mine with Turtle wax waterless wash and wax.

Mine look like a silver aluminium finish.
