Have just watched it and it seems like the issues arose due to user error/misunderstanding.

Might be useful to people who live in cold countries like Norway, but not so much for others.

My wife had an instance in winter where she was doing 70 mph on the motorway, when the car reached 11% the car slowed down to 50 mph.
