Bluetooth can't hear calls

Hi

My Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is paired with my car and is set to accept calls but I can't hear or make calls using the infotainment centre.

When I am notified of an incoming call while driving and I accept it, I can't hear anything and the caller can't hear me. It's the same when I call someone, however, I tried calling my wife while I was parked on my drive, and if I put the Samsung on speaker phone I could have a conversation on the phone (not through the car).

It used to work fine but I didn't make or receive many calls so I don't know when this started: the only thing that its different is I have a Galaxy watch paired to the phone, but calls is disabled.

The other thing is at least twice a month, the phone wants to pair again...which is <expletive of choice> annoying.

No, doesn't work with the car at all

That’s what I would try. Also check if anything else is connected to Bluetooth on the phone while it’s connected to the car.

Can you tell me where this is exactly in the settings as I’m having same problem
