Hi, had charger installed a couple of days ago and the installer said that after 4pm the update would be complete and I’d be able to link it to the app - which is a web portal as BP apparently got rid of the app. So I went on the web portal and registered and now when I log on to try and link my charger it just says that there isn’t a charger linked with my account and I can’t find an option to do so. Anyone got one of these that can point me in the right direction?
